1 Consume tablets
Our tablets are chewable! Remember to drink water, and be in the right physical and mental space for the quantity you decide to consume!
2. Wait ~ 1 hour
PLÜR tablets typically take up to an hour to kick in if you chew them. If you swallow them, it can take a little longer, or if you’ve got a full stomach.
3 Enjoy your ~5-6 hour experience
The effects will rise to a peak about 2 hours in, then plateau. The experience should last roughly 5-6 hours.

A subtle light roll
4 Tabs (100mg)
A beautiful gentle roll. Suitable for social settings like a concert.
5 Tabs (125mg)
Standard Roll. This is a full experience.
6 Tabs (150mg)
Strong Roll. We recommend 150mg for couples, for a deeper immersive experience.
8 Tabs (200mg)
